EVGA GTX 780 SC TI Low Fps and Fps drops after system reinstall.

So I have run into a problem with the EVGA GTX 780 TI SC, Im getting constant fps drops after I have reinstall my system, before the reinstall, I maintain 100+ fps in BF4 no problem but after the reinstall, my frame have been droping really low, I would get around 40~60 fps at Siege of shanghai map ground level(with lots of action)when i used to get 70~80 and I get 60~90 fps on high elevation(less stuff to process) which I used to get 100~130 fps. My driver is the newest, CPU and ram is overclocked to the same speed as before I reinstalled. I need some help here, I don't know why my fps is droping so low like that.

johnkuang123, try some other games and see if they are having that too. BF4 is notorious for issues. They do have a big patch coming soon that may help you.

No it's not normal but I believe it is the game and not your hardware. Try testing another game.

But how comes I get like 100+ fps on September/20/2014, thats only 8 days ago... Do you think its because Im missing drivers like VC++, Direct X and ect? Cause its a new install so I might have miss some of those driver.
