    2. Go to "Advanced" tab, then select "Settings" from Performance tab.

    3. Just leave these options checked -> "Enable desktop composition", "Smooth edges of screen fonts" and "Use visual styles on windows and buttons"

    4. Click "Apply" to save your settings.

    - Disable audio enhancements (may reduce audio stuttering) -

    Option #1

    1. Right click on the volume icon in the System Tray and select "Playback devices" OR navigate to "Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound"

    2. Now in the current tab "Playback", right click on the "Speakers" and select "Properties"

    3. Navigate to "Enhancements" tab and check "Disable all enhancements" option, then click "Apply" to save your settings.

    - Reduce ping with online games -

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces

Browse the items under interfaces until you find one that has an IPAddress entry matching the network.

    DWORDs (values, in Hexadecimal):

    TcpAckFrequency (1)
    TCPNoDelay (1)
    CMD:

netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp

netsh int tcp set global rss=disabled

netsh int tcp set global chimney=enabled

Visual Settings for Better Performance is not worth it, only gives 2-5 FPS Increase.

Reducing Ping in online games is also not worth, It all depends on how close you live and how big your Jitter is.

However that CPU Core Parking Utility is a big help because Windows 7 can't Park CPUs at the right time.
