Windows 7: League of Legends freeze after login

I could startup the game on Safe Mode with Networking but it still froze. I've been wondering more and more what it could be.

An example is, once i logged in from a computer in a friend's house, it froze and my friend told me that it never happened there.
I tried in his computer and it didn't. It doesn't make any sense.

At first sight, it seems the LoLPatcher is causing the delay. Is the freeze 23-24 seconds?

There seems to be delay here (Freeze startup-lolpatcher):

and here:

I downloaded the client and will compare tomorrow.

I would say more like 5 -10 but it might also count the time between when i press the login button and when it starts loading the interface, i'll test it and see if i get something more accurate.

And i'll take this and see if i can find something online.

EDIT: Gonna ask Riot about these logs and link this thread for more explanations

I logged in now with the clock at the side and the clock froze for 23 seconds, it's sounds like you were right

I'm still waiting for an answer from Riot as it might give more information on how to solve it

I wasn't able to check them yet, now going out for a few hours. I will report back any findings.

I'll also ask a friend for the logs to compare, but for now i'll just wait for Riot's answer.

It seems that in my friend's logs that gap in time is also big sometimes, but in his logs there's an extra folder called "LeagueClient Logs" let's see if Riot can explain

I asked another friend to give me his logs and he also has the extra folder, but both have files from April so i don't know how important they are

I don't have the LeagueClient Log folder as well, possibly a discontinued feature. Can you post a screenshot from which screen to which it freezes? I will time mine too.

I thought the client froze only. Does everything freeze? Hmm..

Try:
- update flash player and if it doesn't help disable hardware acceleration for flash player (should disable in either chrome or FF)
- disable add-ons/extensions for chrome (LoL seems to use chrome but no idea if these two are related)
- install latest java runtime
- run CCleaner and clean cache etc, also clean registry
