Finding downloadable "Hearts"

For some reason, can't find a version of "Hearts" to download for Windows 7 (64 bit). Microsoft keeps insisting I upgrade to Windows 10. Any help on a freeware "Hearts" upon which I can exercise my thoughts during a mental break? A simple site will do.

Many thanks

Hearts might all ready be installed on your system.

Look here.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

Then select/ Turn Windows Features on or off.
In the next windows tick on games and their will be a list.

Many thanks. I used the "turn Windows feature on and off" and that worked fine. All the best.
