Windows 7: Spiderman - Web of Shadows

Cant seem to get this one to work in any way. Get a black screen with mouse pointer and just dings away when I click.



Any one have any luck?

Edit- Right click main exe and run as admin. Seems to get it working.

I have got the very same problem, if you know how to fix this, please tell me.

Got it working when I installed the DirectX 11 Runtime (from the SDK). I might add that I previously granted users change/write permissions on the Program Files/Activision Folder and disabled data execution prevention in order to get the Ultimate Spider-Man game to work. That may have helped in this case too.

Hey, thanks for the solution. I've been looking around and I wonder where can I get the Directx 11? I have the windows 7 sdk, and I installed it but there isn't any Directx 11 on it...

OK let me explain; You (probably) got Windows 7 RC. DirectX 11 Software Development Kit is something else, it's a toolkit for developers who write games and other stuff that uses DirectX.
If you download this toolkit from MS (about 500 Mb), just check the Runtime box in the installer and leave out everything else.

now in Win 7 i facing the same message,and now i try to set up net framework 4<
,and in the same time i try to set Up a secondary Os Xp .
