game keeps lagging

when im playing every game... than the game keeps lagging every minute i dont know what happend .

What is your memory usage while playing these games? You can check that in Task manager, on the Performance tab.

did you use fraps to see if it isn't simply the frames per second going low enough to show lag with the motion?
is there a pattern?

From what I can see, you have an outdated pc and the games you are trying to play a console ports that were not optimized for pc so they tend to be hard even on high end computers. Your gpu is low end as well and may support some games, if I were you I would check the recommended settings for each game or I would go to here... Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements to check if I can run those games.
