R9 290X's Maximum Resolution is 2560 x 1600 and yes it can handle 4K resolution, it's what the card is aimed for.

    Hi,
    4ms response time :/
Let us know how you like it
    I'd prefer a 1ms response time.

Come on now, 4ms is almost unnoticable.

    Really LBB
I spent 350. for an AOC and 1ms not to mention G-Sync ready
    Spent 250. for asus 1ms
    Both are 144Hz and 24"

The resolution the op referred too doesn't even kick in unless using a big screen t.v. or several monitor covering that span :)

ThrashZone we are saying the same thing just with different words.
4ms response time to me is slow for a monitor that cost that much money.
My economical Asus VE278Q has a response time of 2ms.

I'm surly not a monitor expert but I having trouble understanding why that monitor comes at such a high price tag.

Of course I always willing to learn what the reason are for the high price.
