Windows 7 - Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 Installation Problem

Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 installation error?

I am trying to install R6V2 on a windows 7 Pro 64bit HP gaming laptop.. its more than fast enough to run the game (exceeds all the recommended specs), i had it installed before i clean installed Windows 7 over Vista... I'm trying to install the game and i'm getting an error message on the same file every time... the message says

"
