Windows 7: help to run my CSS

I installed CSS on Windows 7, and had the problem of it freezing the whole computer once the map had loaded.
I tried a couple of things to fix it, and its still not working..
somebody help me plz..

now its some different problemmm..
i download new CS source...and install it
i can't add servers in my fvrts list...
not any single server...
and when i connect it from console it loads 2 bars and than CONNAECTION FAILED AFTER 4 RETRIES
whats this now...
i had downloaded 3 different css (
i am hating it now...
plz do sumthing...

aww looks like u also cant run css , well my problem is that i cant run the game coz it says "platform error: failed to intalize" < realy sucks i have an other css but that 1 is a very old version any help?

try to reinstall it
