Agree with you on the SP...it was pretty meh The only trouble I had was near the end, on my way to the plane. A gunner parked his Humvee right behind a street pole, and would not stop firing. I couldn't hit him with a rifle or any of my other guns. My squad wouldn't fall back, and (surprise) couldn't kill him. Took me about 5 grenades to get one underneath the truck and destroy it. Other than that, it was a nice walk through the jungle..
I played BF2 too, and I didn't care too much for the jets either..I was glad to see them gone. Helis are enough to deal with. I don't need a fighter jet cruising by my head at the speed of sound, too..
I also hear Engineers can't "hover fix" anymore, and that they actually have to land?
great fun being the gunner on the heli's..
Yeah, that's if pilot is knowing what he's doing xD
Much fun is chasing after moving tank with your repair tool in hand. Under sniper fire
@Sik00
Those jets were so annoying. Practically untouchable. Except for other jets.
Go play Battle of the Immortals mmorpg's are really famous this year.
Well my copy of Dragon Age 2 will be here tomorrow. Looking forward to it.... for better or worse.
Anyway for those with high end cards and DX11 you can download the hi-res files for the game here - Choose Language | BioWare Social Network
As someone said.... can't wait! This will add the option to enable higher detail replacements for most textures in game. A big difference will be noticed on level art especially.
Requirements:
Using high-resolution textures requires a graphics card with at least 1024MB video memory.
Most of the benefits from the Hi-resolution textures will only be seen if you are able to run the game in DirectX 11.
To manually download your new content on the PC:
Note: In order to enable the "Very High" setting you will need a video card that supports DX11 and the latest drivers.
- Download the installer from the link below and run it.
- Run Dragon Age II.
- Open the Options menu.
- Select Video options.
- Check the "Hi-resolution textures" checkbox.
I have finally found a game where I can go all-out-PSYCHO just like Postal 2, and that's, of course: BULLETSTORM!!!
The game is just... just... just... EPIC! FRIGGING! A-W-E-S-O-M-E!
Like any game it has its own glitches and bugs, and some cinematics look really bad, but that may be because the requirements are a bit too high for my rig. Nevertheless, I could crank everything up to High with an 1080p resolution (without Antialias) and play it just fine, which is still impressive considering that the CPU requirement is a Quad Core while I only have an Intel Dual Core E7500...
