it's a great game - i love those flying vehicle thingies!

i've never tried the newer haloes - any good?
Halo 2's not too bad, bit of a bad port. Multiplayer isn't as fun. Shame Halo 3 isn't on PC, but played it on 360 and it's pretty fun as well.

Scratch that, i am not dying to lay bulletstorm anymore. I played for like half an hour, and i wasn't impressed. The kill with skill thing is kinda cool, but kinda gimmicky. The game looks nice my gtx 260 kicked its ass and the some, but my interest quickly waned. Im currently playing Command and Conquer: Tiberium Wars and the Kane's Wrath Expansion, I picked both of them up for 3$ at a flea market.

Is Bullet Storm kind of like Borderlands in game play style - find this, fetch that, kill this one - or is it just a fast pace kill fest game?

I didn't play that much, but from what i saw it is similar. By doing skillshots you gain points, wich you can buy upgrades and guns with. There seems to be alot of firefights but they can seem overwhelming, if your choosing between simple shooting or skill shooting. I guess if you keep your cool, you'll manage but, i found it cumbersome.

I see what you mean, Vierasniper, because normally I'd stay away from a game like that aswell. Despite of the sometimes repetative gameplay, I really enjoyed Bulletstorm. I like the characters and the story was quite OK for a game in it's genre. Shooting feels nice and killing actually feels a bit rewarding thanks to the skill points you get.

I just bought a handful of games recently but haven't had time to play.
Currently playing Crysis 2 and Black Ops, but will be playing Magicka, Batman Arkham Asylum, Railworks 2, Metro 2033, Mafia II, and Mirrors Edge when I get some time.

    I'm currently playing these:

    Mass Effect
    Burnout Paradise
    Devil May Cry 4
    Resident Evil 5
    Halo 2

    And wait for it...

Shadow the Hedgehog (via a Gamecube emulator XD)

Just finished Mass Effect this morning...what an amazing game! Yesterday I played it from like 9:30 AM right untill 4:00 PM with no stops. It takes a very good game to captivate my attention that much!

Yes, Mass Effect is a fantastic game. Its one of my favorites of all time , right there with FO3.

Mass Effect 2 is really good as well. Although I have a few complaints, such as I wish they would not have made a few changes. I just liked certain things, gameplay-wise, better in ME1.

Overall, its minor gripes that I got used to fairly quickly.
But that doesn't mean the game is lacking by any means. Its most certainly worth playing, especially if you enjoyed ME1.
Just alot was changed, and takes a bit to get used to coming out of ME1.

I actually just finished playing through ME1 again just the other day, and imported my character to ME2 for another play through. :)

Ive read a lot of bad stuff about RE5. But TBH, I dont get it. I enjoyed it.
Though its not much like the originals experience back in the day, it was still good IMHO. :)
Gameplay was good,Story was decent, great visuals, excellent 360 controller support ...
I dunno, I liked it & it didnt seem as bad as some made it out to be. Perhaps not a GOTY canidate, but still worth playing.
