You can try Mirror's Edge and Call of Duty: MW2. Runs smooth as a lubed up camel in a jumping castle with my specs, which is kinda similar to yours.

i tried call of duty modernware 2 but i get the bsod...

MW2 would probably run if u went for 32-bit seven. 2GB of RAM is the minimum requirement for 64-bit.
