    Batman AA

    Hi,
When I installed Batman Arkham Asylum(BAA) through BAA Installation Wizard, I interrupted the install. So I tried to uninstall BAA, uninstall was not successful. So, deleted BAA from registry and deleted the installed files.
Now, when I try to re-install BAA, I don’t get the Install Game option highlighted in the BAA installation wizard. So not able to install game. I have cleaned the registry using ‘Registrt Aid’ and ‘Ccleaner’, still not able to install.
Need your assistance in installing BAA.

Try removing Batman AA, delete all its folders, then do a registry cleaning. Then reboot.

Failing that, a system restore may help.

If you type "system Restore" into the start menu and press enter you should be able to restore your system to a time before you installed BAA.
I would still seek out and remove every trace of it before doing that as well.:)
    Hope this helps, john

Opinions vary widely as to whether registry cleaners are recommended for Windows 7 so hold on with that.

I would download and install Revo Uninstaller. Run that and see if there are any traces of your Batman install left and remove them.

Isn't it likely that the date in system restore is when you first installed Batman AA?
If it is, or is before you installed the game go ahead and restore to then.

It might help if you filled out your full specs.

    Hope this helps, john:)

In your first post you mentioned ccleaner. That includes a registry cleaner which I've often used without problem.
