    Star Force Protection driver patch

    Hi,
Again got a problem. The other day when I installed "Blazing Angels" into my laptop with Win 7 an error massage comes as " Star Force Protection driver is not compatible without a patch ". I never had this problem before when I was using the same game in Win XP. From where can I get the patch and how do I fix this problem.

I ended up having to remove the game (Xpand Rally) to get away from the driver errors. Ran fine under XP.

As you've found out some idiotic protection drivers will stop you playing game on 7. I tried Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood and startup repair had to fix the starforce driver that was incompatible with x64 7 twice. Got rid of it the second time - thought it was the driver - so some games will not work as it seems they rely on their own drivers.

Boy, you aren't kidding. My kids were PO'd when they thought they were going to game and instead had Dad swearing at their computer for 2 hours!

Unfortunately, StarForce doesn't want to support it's own protection system. It says on their website, that versions before 3 are not compatible, and never will be with Windows 7. I have bought a legit copy of GT Legends, and couldn't use it, because of the stupid StarForce drivers. I got fed up, and downloaded a cracked EXE with no protection, I installed the game, cracked it, and happily playing it on Windows 7. That's a big flip-off, from me, to StarForce, with love. Jerks.
