Windows 7: GP4 problems with 7048 x86

GP4 problems with 7048 x86
My Grand Prix 4 worked fine with build 7000 but is very slow with 7048.
My videocard is Mob Radeon x1300.

When i drive alone the game goes well, in the start grid it's very slow...
