Punk buster bf2 , was this problem solved?

hey guys i saw a while ago on the forums about the whole issue about punk buster and what not, was that issue solved?

I keep getting kicked out because of this reason

i have tried to search the forums but haven't found the cure for this issue.

7 Ultimate x64

If you're running 64-bit, then head to Window/SysWOW64. Set PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB to run as admin under the compatibility tab. Then head to each game that runs PB and set PnkBstrB to run as admin... same method.

Not sure if this is overkill, but I've had no issues whatsoever. Of course, it does not hurt to manually update your games with pbsetup before you start all this.

If you're running 32-bit, then head to the System32 folder and do the same.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

The other thing you can do is go to and download the installer to pb and run it again as an admin.
this will give you the newest files that work with window 7.
