Flash Lag [I need help with]

Okay, so I like playing Flash games including the addicting ones on Facebook (excluding farmville :S)

thing is- I get major lag!

I bought this laptop in december

here are the specs
-Acer Aspire 5536
Built-in : Dolby Home Theater (very good sound speakers I love them)
Built-in : Crystal Eye webcam
Multi-touch pad- works like a iphone with many buttons hidden inside it
CPU- Amd Athlon 64 x2 Dual-core processor QL-64 (2.1 Ghz, 1mb L2 cache)
LCD- 15.6" HD Acer CinaCrystal LED LCD (720p, 1366x768)
Ram- 4 Gb (upgradable)
HDD- 250 GB HDD
Optical- Dvd-Super Multi DL drive
modem- 56k (probably will never use it- I think its for dialup)
Lan- 10/100/1000 Base T <--no clue about that just know its a lan lol
Wireless- Acer Nplify 802.11 b/g/draft-N
Softload- Came with vista home premium (which I hate with a passion)
with free upgrade to windows 7 home premium
ATi Radeon HD 3200 graphics

I did a fresh install and put my Windows 7 Ultimate on it

here is a video showing lag on 1 game that has small graphic amount and perfect gameplay on another game that has more graphic and effects!
You would think the more graphical one would lag
please help with this
