I have a problem in the game Need for Speed Shift ... you download the game on the device, which runs the game worked until the advent of message is initially operating the game this message appears, as in the picture.

Did you try running the game in compatibility mode?
(right click of shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility tab)

When someone refers to a cracked copy they're referring to a pirated copy(Illegally downloaded off the internet).
