Did you try running the game in compatibility mode?
(right click of shortcut -> Properties -> Compatibility tab)

no ..Did not do that .. how cracked copy the game ..?

When someone refers to a cracked copy they're referring to a pirated copy(Illegally downloaded off the internet).

There is no solution to this problem guys
