Windows 7: Company Of Heroes OF

Hey,
I'm having trouble installing Company of Heores OF onto my computer. Every time I try to install it, I alsways get an error saying that it can't create and object and suggests the possibility that I don't have Microsoft Data Acess installed(correctly). Ive tried finding the Data Acess Component, but all i find are files for older versions of windows. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
