Fallout 3 stopping when starting a new game.

I know there is already a thread for Fallout 3 but i noticed that most of the corretions for it were either for the 64 bit (i have 32 bit) version or for the game launcher.
My problem is when i click yes to start a new game the loading screen comes up for antwhere between 2-5 seconds and then stops working.
I have tried different compability modes, running as an administrator, and giving all of the fallout files full write read permission. Nothing has worked.

I have Left 4 dead and Battlefield 2 complete collection, and they both work fine. I really want to play Fallout 3.

Any help is more than appreciated.

-Completey remove Fallout 3
-Re-Install Fallout 3 as an admin
-Install the latest patches from Bethesda
-Set the game to run as an administrator always and also in compatibility mode for Windows Vista SP2
-Play (hopefully)

Videos keep stopping and starting
Hi no expert at all with all this, but from what I can gather I think Adobe Flash is the cause of videos always stopping or crashing. Stopping and starting when typing
Hi folks. During the last couple of weeks I find that my curser stops flashing while I am typing, mainly when I am on the internet, and then starts again. This is a nuisance as I have to constantly look at the screen and wait for the curser to start flashing again before I can continue to type. I...

HDD Stopping and Starting After BIOS Flash
Hi All. I flashed my BIOS to try and fix a problem I was having with my computer not POSTing after a cold boot. Ever since, my secondary hard drive will start to spin-up and spin-down repeatedly, once Windows loads. It doesn't do that during POST, or if I'm in the BIOS, or anything; just when...

DNS client service repeatedly stopping and starting every 20 mins
Hi, first of all sorry if this is the wrong forum. I'm not sure if this is any cause for concern in any way, other than me just being paranoid, but in the past week (being someone who checks their even viewer probably a little too much) I noticed my DNS client service would randomly stop, start...
