Windows 7: Counter Strike not working

Counter Strike not working

Hi SF, I guess this is my 1st thread in Gaming section.

I can play counter strike reloaded 1.6 on Windows 7 32bit but cant play the same on Windows 7 64 bit. What's wrong?

OK its working. I added -soft at the end of the shortcut. Then changed the video mode to OpenGL.

for 64bit try right clicking the icon and running it in Admin mode due to it wanting to write to the folder where the game is stored.

LOL 30 seconds too late for the submit button lol.

I tried run as admin and xp compatibility mode but it didnt work.

Ever thought about using Valve's game application Steam? (www.steampowered.com) and download that and run that. I use that all the time to run my games, and have had no problems with my CS.
