Windows 7: Will this run Modern Warfare 2? (Inspiron 15)

My mother wants to buy me a new laptop that'll play my games (lots). The only game that she is actually letting me play on her "box" (lol) is MW2, so I can probably last until the summer without playing any of my others.

The image shows my mother's system's check. Which claims to be below minimum, but in fact runs quite perfectly without anti-alaising

I have one of those (only for as long as it takes to resell it). MW2 will play on it, (with just a little lag), if you set the graphics to the minimum quality at 768x480 resolution. If you opt for the ATI card instead of the integrated graphics, it should work fine
