Windows 7: Can you make mortal kombat 4 run on windows 7?

I know it's an ancient game from 97,but it was one of the first games I played .I loved this game so much.I can't seem to run it on Windows 7 X64.I get the error game is not installed.Works perfectly on XP

Try right clicking on the shortcut and go to properties. Under the compatibility tab, choose run as XP.

Try 600x800 res and 256 colour too

I get this error:Mortal kombat 4 is not installed
please run setup from cd.

Try reinstalling, but run as Admin.

Hi MK lovers. Don't worry if this is happening to you. All you have to do is create a .reg file or modify Mk4.reg with the following keys:
