you mean you want it to run stretched in full screen? or to maintain aspect ratio with black bars?

Usually, in the game, there will be a section for Screen options and then Resolution.

otherwise, you might try this:
minimize the game
then Right click on the game in taskbar
then go to Properties
look at each tab - one of the property screens should have an option to run full-screen.

I dont know if this will show up for your game, but its worth a try.

It really depends on the game you're trying to play. Some game just don't support your native resolution; however, all hope is not lost.

Seek out and find the games you want to play here and see if there's a fix: Master Games List - A - WSGFWiki

it's a bug in Catalyst.
you can try this: ATI GPU Scaling Fix for Windows 7

it helped me to get opposite effect. i wanted so my games are running with aspect ratio and not stretched. that tweak is still in effect even after reboot.
