Windows 7: Can't see files recorded through game in directory.

This might be confusing but I will try to explain.

I play Counter Strike Source now and then.By typing "record" in console you can record the game,after recording,".dem" files are created in "cstrike" folder.

My problem:

If I play the game without running it as administrator ".dem" files are recorded,but they are not visible in their directory which is "cstrike".BUT it is still possible to play these ".dem" files in game.



If I play the game as administrator everything is as it is supposed to be,".dem" files recorded and are visible in "cstrike" folder.But it is not possible to run ".dem" files that were created without administrator mode.As if they were saved in a different time parallel.

I am pretty sure these files take space,but are not visible so I can't delete them,so my question is:

How can I view those ".dem" files in their directory,that were created without administrator mode?
