i have just installed GTA 4 but whenevr i tried to run the game they says

( The application you are attepmting to launch failed to start this could be result of it being blocked by Windows parental control/family safety, please make sure you have acces to the application before trying to launch it) and suddenly i went to Parental control 4 setting it up, i am running it as a administrator and when i tried to change the setting suddenly a error appeared ( unable to make changes to parental control setting if this problem persists see your system administrator) what should i do? please help

Make sure you are trying to change the parental controls from an administrator account.

If you do not have access to one, ask whoever owns the computer.

You made a post last week about another issue with the game, and just looking at your system specs it's no surprise why it won't run. If it struggles to run properly on mine with low settings using 4GB memory and a 8600M GS 25GB card, I wouldn't even bother trying to run it with a gig of memory and an on-board graphics card.

Have to agree with FZ21Z, 1GB, no way. With 7, technically you can get by with 1GB, but not very well. You really have to get a new computer or upgrade if you want to play games.

i agree with FZ21Z. look at the min specs for the game. if your specs here are listed correctly, you also have integrated graphics which are very low for gaming with....

Edit: I see you updated your specs. it is good to know that you have a vid card.

Edit: Off topic. your post was about parental controls. the first I found was here. this seems to be a known issue for the game in non-english versions:

Also for the 1G of Ram until you get it upgraded, this might help:

Worth a try, but do not get your hopes up. Probably about 50% of the users say it does not help or even hurts. But it is worth a try.

I agree it might not help, but worth a try and with only 1G of ram chances are it will help a little.
