Windows 7: BFBC2 effects issues

BFBC2 effects issues

When running BFBC2, I will occasionally get a blackout/color frenzy effect in the place of such thinks like bullet trails, dust clouds, snow, etc. Sometimes this will happen during the entire level, sometimes it wont' happen at all. When contacting EA, they said that they'd not tested the game on my Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate OS and thus had no idea what the problem was. I was curious to know if anyone has experienced a similar problem with this game and if they were able to fix it.

Hi Isonda,

We really need your System Specs to be able to help you any further. If you have an ATI 5xxx series card, then you can download the new drivers that were just released today.

Hi bwilkes8,

Thank you for including your system specs, we can see them just fine by clicking "My System Specs >" at the bottom of your post. I noticed you copy-pasted Isonda's description - if your experience differs in any way, please let us know. Could you please upload a screenshot of what you're seeing?
