    Can i run Halo 2 ?

    ok, i have a 1.6 ghz single-core processor, i was wondering if i could run the game: Halo2. and i know my graphics card is good for it. i remember the requirements saying u need 2.0 ghz to play it, but ive played a game that needs 1.8 ghz and it ran pretty well.

    Have you read the minimum requirements for it?

    My friend has a Dual-Core 1.8Ghz PC, with 1GB of RAM, same graphics as yours. Running 7 Home Basic (32-bit), cannot play it.

    Well he can, but its more like a slideshow then a game.

    Perhaps, do you own a copy already or intend to buy it?

    * Microsoft® Windows® Vista™
    * 2 GHz or faster processor
    * 1 GB of system RAM
    * 7 GB available hard disk space
    * NVIDIA 6100, ATI X700, or above
    It's possible that you might be able to play the game, but at the lowest possible specs... Even then it won't be enjoyable.

    Well, my opinion is to not try it. Save your money for a new PC for gaming or something slightly better than that.
