Warcraft III RoC + Warcraft III TFT Problem

Hai! For days I've been trying to install Warcraft III RoC and Warcraft III TFT.
The first few times I attempted to install RoC it just stopped halfway through and the installation window couldn't be closed. After those few times, I managed to install it. With a boost of hope, I placed the TFT CD in my laptop. As it was installing it, it did the exact same thing as RoC - it stopped halfway through. And I couldn't close the window. I shrugged and thought that RoC would be good enough. Therefore, I double-clicked the icon when I noticed that the orc icon was replaced by that blank paper. It said the game didn't exist! So, I deleted it and tried to install it again. I couldn't, just like the beginning.
So I'm pretty much lost and confuzzled. I'd really appreciate some help! Thanks beforehand.

i can copy my w3 folder to a win7, vista and xp box and it works no problem, so im guessing your install disk is corrupted. Just to make sure i am clear, I have the w3 folder from a (successful) install, and can even play it from the usb stick, good luck, and may the DoTA be with you!

I've installed both RoC and TFT a couple months ago, no issues. Patched them to play some DotA on the Battle.Net and had not a single issue so far.

You can try to use Battle.Net War3 installers instead of the CDs, available after you register your CD-Keys on Battle.Net website.
