Warcraft FPS increased

    Warcraft FPS increased


    I enabled highest setting on vista and on w7 and the FPS has increased by about 10 and theyre both with the latest nvidia drivero n 9600 GT 1gb, incredible... anybody else had this with wow?

    I think he's saying he has seen an FPS increase for World of Warcraft using Windows 7 over Windows Vista's FPS rate.

    It means when running Warcraft on the highest configuration settings for video, I get a better frames per second than if I was in Vista playing it, it has jumped up.

    I did notice that WoW runs at about the same framerate in windowed mode as it does in fullscreen if I don't have FSAA enabled. In XP there was a performance hit for running in windowed mode.

    Thats the advantage of the 3D accelerated desktop is it not?

    My fps is about the same, no matter what configuration I'm using I can never get above 30 fps in dalaran :/
