    Can't install updates in Games for Windows - LIVE in Tinker


    I can't seem to install a necessary update in Tinker. I want to connect to the LIVE service but it isn't working.

    It asks: "There is an update available for this game, you must install it to be able to sign into LIVE". I click download.

    The after a couple of seconds at attempting to download the update, this pops up: "Can't download the update. Make sure that you are connected to the internet. If the problem persists go to the games for windows website.

    Error Code: 0X80072751

Is there an issue with the 'Games for windows live' update that has been released on 13th March. It came through as part of the latest windows 'patch tuesday' updates. Every other security update installed but this one keeps failing. It says 'Windows Update encountered an unknown error' code...
Downloaded the great Tinker from GFW Live, but when I try to install, it keeps asking for a product key!! Where do I get one from? It's a free game from MS.
