Windows 7: right click glitching

Every time I right click or middle click in a game it glitches/lags. It just freezes for a second and then jumps to where it would have been if it didn't freeze. I've seen this in both bioshock 2 multiplayer and in mass effect 2. I can left click and scroll either way just fine with no glitching, but right/middle click makes the game freeze for a second.

I have the logitech mx3200 wireless mouse/keyboard combo, but I've tried ending logitech's process, but that made no difference.

I also thought it might have something to do with the games behavior in full screen, since it doesn't seem to affect any other programs, but the games still lag in windowed mode as well.

It does this most of the time, but there have been a few rare occassions when right clicking did not make me lag.



any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated.
