A Preferred Method of Uploading/Posting Screen Shots

With all due respect. It does say 'preferred'. Besides, its not a screenshot. Just a picture.

On topic, it made me chuckle a bit. Though I am half awake so that alone is a daunting task.

"The method used by most to upload screen shots and pictures..." that's from the link that I posted mate, and I posted it because it says preferred (and yes, doesn't mean that anyone should use that method. My opinion is that's the fastest way to do it, so...)
The OP remind me that I have that pic, posted it somewhere in "post your desktop" threads; was looking in my pics folders till now actually, I can't find it...anyway, I'll take this one
