Windows 7 - Windows 7 Ping (Games)

Can someone please help me fix my windows 7 ping. I used to have Windows XP and my ping was 100 (less) ; But then when I switched to Windows 7 my ping when up to 200 - 250 ; It's really annoying because I play SA:MP and I'm getting kicked out of some servers because of my high ping. I've seen in the internet a lot of people complaining about windows 7 ping (high ping).

If you know some program or software etc.. , that will help me fix my windows 7 high ping, please tell me.

I have this problem also,i had a intel based laptop with win vista HP that a certain game i played online had 100 or less ping,then i got a AMD based pc with win 7 64 bit and same game, ping is in the 200-400 range...Glad im not alone,but i hope MS gets the lead out and fixes this issue......

I'd try the first before the second. If you're going to try the second, set a restore point.

I tried those hack's did nothing for my ping,maybe work for the OP ...........
