I guess you probably need to download crack No-CD from the source you downloaded the game
I found this link when I google, you might want to try. I still recommend you to buy FIFA 98 cd to play

If, as I suspect, this game (given its title of FIFA 98) was released in 1998/99, a good 2-3 years prior to the release of XP, let alone Vista and Windows 7. It is therefore unlikely that this game will work satisfactorily in Windows 7, if it can be made to work at all. Sorry.

I guess you love FIFA '98 hence you want to play it. But would you not just consider picking up FIFA 10?

That's what I was thinking. A game that old if you have Ultimate or Pro, would probably run no problem in XP Mode.

I'm running it in my system here. It's running fine, I love it because it was the only FIFA version that I ever seen my country team, Vietnam, is in it (recent FIFA, I have to do some crack and change, patch in order to have my country team in it). I guess he wants to play fifa 98 just because he is having good time remember about his past when he was a kid (12 years ago).
