    The WEI score is fine.

You haven't done any "tweaking" to Windows or worse, used some 3rd party tweaking app have you?

The games are: Blur & Fuel.
which was working perfectly on Vista 32bit.

& the shock is that i found other two games that ISN'T WORKING AT ALL:-
NFS - Shift & Dirt 2; as i mentioned all of these was working PERFECTLY.

PS: i tried to install all of them again & checked my Direct X Runtime.
Have you tried doing a google search for others that are having problems with your games? Have you done any kind of maint. on your pc to make sure it's not your computer (i.e. run defrag and chkdsk?) Does your pc meet the min. requirements for the games your trying to run?

I can see older games having problems. I can run Icewind Dale ok on my Win7 64 bit system. Runs fine. However sometimes the takbar disappears and I have to reboot.

Many things you load into the program files of W7/64 will require run as admin.

Try turning off UAC, that might stop the run as admin demand.
Try installing games directly to the C drive.
There is also a way to schedule tasks.
Elevated Program Shortcut without UAC Prompt - Create

Hmm link did not work but look in tutorials for elevated program shortcut.
