Then choose the Compatibility tab and then tick where it say's "Run this in compatibility mode for:" and choose something like WinXP SP3. Also might be an idea to tick "Disable Visual Themes" and "Disable Desktop Composition". Hope you get it sorted finally. (Oh and i did warn about Steam and their games from third party developers) Most of them work fine but if they're not Valve games and they don't work, you're kind of screwed for any further support from Steam...  |
