    Help with Sims 2 please

Installed Sims 2 yesterday with expansion packs
    • Pets
    • Nightlife
    • Glamour Stuff
    • Teen Stuff
    • Kitchen & Bathroom
    • Celebration Stuff
    • H&M Fashion
    • Family Fun Stuff
Sometimes I play and there is no problem. Other times my sims faces go black, the area around my sims house will go the same pattern as floor tiles when I havent asked it to. Sometimes it will freeze when im playing and come up Sims 2 EP4 isnt working and I have to close the game and restart it.

    Any advice?
    Thank you x

Hope theog's suggestion works for you - if not, let us know what version of Windows 7 you're using (32- or 64-bit) and we'll try to continue helping.
