Please take a moment to read through the How To Ask For Help guide.

I see a lot of posts, especially from "newbies" asking for help without providing basic information. First off, we canít help if we donít know what the problem is; and we canít figure out the problem without such basic information as systems specs and a clear understanding of what the problem is. Itís the lack of these two basic things that causes posts to be ignored or incorrectly diagnosed!
Also, from the Tips on Troubleshooting Game Issues

Ok, first off we canít help if you donít supply the most basic of information Ė systems specs. The importance of this canít be overstated since game performance is highly dependent on your hardware. Please see this tutorial on filling out system specs as well as my How To Ask For Help guide.
Again, help us help you.

Good luck
