This a plugin for Win7 (64bit),
with this plugin your operating system thinks it has a 3dfx video card installed..
So you get a 3dfx card installed next to youre Nvidia or Ati card.
If you don't know what or who 3dfx was then shame on you

I thougt most people out here are old enough to know the old rival of Nvidia and ATI..

I also have a Diamond Monster 3DII
SWEET i have the PCI version (yes pci not pci-e) of that 3DFX VOODOO 5500..
Still got the box and manual with driver cd.. (win98 huhu)
Hard to believe there was a time when an 8-inch VGA cable was as long a cable as you needed to go from CRT monitor to the horizontal box underneath!I also have a Diamond Monster 3DII
That cable is actually used for an SLI setup :)
