Windows 7: Help With Help in Win RC 64

Since installing (cleanly of course) Windows 7 RC 64 I have notice on that most of the time when I ask a q in help I receive an absolutely non related, often down right funny, response. Example- "Tell me more about power options?" help responds with This is far from the oddest. The various 64 builds did not have this issue. In fact much the opposite.So is this endemic in activated Windows 7100 RC 64bit? Hopefully a hot fix/patch is in the works. BTW-I have the include the web in search results on. Had it off. Same thing.
