Windows 7: Right Click mystery,

Right Click mystery,

When I right click on a folder or file I see "removerproperties" as one of the options. What does this mean and what does it do?

Many thanks,

Jon

Hi Jon and welcome to Windows 7 Forums

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you post a snip showing this (you will probably need to use PrtScn to capture it)?

Here's a cap. It's the fourth item listed.

I see what you mean. That is not a standard item, so it must have come from a 3rd party explorer enhancement/extension/replacement or some other program.

Definitely from a third party program. Could CCleaner cause it?

Shell Menu View is a nice utility to change the context menu, you should have no problem removing the entry
