HELP! Installing XP removed my win7 boot!

i wanted to install xp since there were some program glitches in win vista and 7. now when i boot, it doesnt give me the option to boot into win7. it was gone.

i created a separate 20gb partition on the same hd as my win7 and installed it onto that.

    what should i do?

should i repair my win7 os and delete the xp?

ok now i removed the xp partition and now it has no os to boot into.

Quote from one of our excellent tutorials that theog has posted

If you get Error loading Operating System after XP restarts:
Using your Windows 7 installation disc, boot to the command prompt at startup.
Type in these comands below, and press enter after each one.
    bootrec /FixMbr
    bootrec /FixBoot
    bootrec /RebuildBcd
Exit the command prompt and restart the computer.
At this point, Windows 7 should boot up the same way before trying to install XP.

Use a 64 bit DVD for a 64 bit Startup Repair.
Use a 32 bit DVD for a 32 bit Startup Repair.

    DVD only has one Version.
