    hi all new guy here


    was wondering if i can get a bit of help i have a dvr to watch my store when viewing the log in page i simply add it to my desktop or favorites, i also have a webcam at my home through dyndns a different service, i was able to add it to my favorites but not create shortcut to desktop, any help would be great and p.s. thx in advance

    What have you tried so far? Can you make a new shortcut and enter the IP Address?

    You only only be able to create an icon to pull up that page.

    Right click on desktop> new shortcut > type your internet address> www.xxxx.gotdns.com > finish

    Thats as long as you have your dyndns set up correctly.

    ok thx got it i just clicked the desktop itself and works great now, dooohhhhh mmmm cold beeerr

    I remember the first time I tried to do something like that. It seemed so counterintuitive to make a shorcut to something that wasn't there yet.
