    win7 start-all programs Missing shortcut


    Hi everybody,,
    I just need to know something and that needs your help please

    How to restore the missing Program shortcuts at the start (all programs) if that was deleted by mistake ???

    Currently Windows Media Player shortcut missing and having difficulties to get it back!

    am sure there must be an IT way getting this back

    Hi Hani,

    I'm not sure that I've understood your problem. Are you missing shortcuts in the Windows power button or are you missing shortcuts on your task bar?

    I gather that you mean within the start menu. The first thing you could try is right click the "start" button and select properties.

    Next you could click "customize" on the Start Menu tab. In the "customize" menu, you could select "Use Default Setting" (bottom left). This should set things to default and should undo any inadvertent changes you may have made.
