Still having problems with delzip179.dll

Hello to all,
This subject was discussed in a previous thread and I thought we had it figured out. It seems that Spybot and Mozbackup us a version of delzip179.dll. Well I uninstalled and reinstalled both to get the latest versions of the .dll. I tried copying the newer .dll to the other program's .dll, so they were both the same. Finally I uninstalled with Revo Pro the program Spybot with advanced and did a CCleaner afterwards. I even rebooted.
Well I got this error shown below in reference to Mozbackup. I don't really understand it, and the home site for Mozbackup keeps timing out, so I can't get on for questions for several days. I need Mozbackup or a similarly robust program. I have stored for years, backups of TBird and Firefox and have deleted folders that weren't currently necessary, as I always have the backups. It would be a long and tiring process, fraught with issues, but I thought it was a way to unclutter my Favorites and Stored message files in case of future necessity. You can also comment on the good idea or futility of this method.
Here is the error in the Adminstrative Event description

I know the horsepower to fix this is available, so please assist if you can.
Thanks to all in advance

Hello,
So nobody has any idea? I've searched the web and seem to find nothing germane to my specific issue.
