IE 8 Jump List Does Not Display History

The Jump Lists for all other programs display recent items correctly. It's only IE 8 that isn't remembering/displaying recently browsed sites - History/Frequent.

Um, ideas?!

THANK YOU!

I believe IE8 only shows most viewed or favorites. Its just how IE8's taskbar menu works I'm afraid.

According to this site: Take a closer look at Windows 7's Jump List feature | Microsoft Windows | TechRepublic.com

History is supposed to be there. My IE icon on the taskbar does not display any History after multiple tabs or separate IE sessions are opened/closed/opened.

Same here. Somewhere on here, I attributed mine not working to the fact that I have the browser set up to open everything in tabs but it was just a guess. I can delete certain items in jump list history and IE 8 will display past jump list history that was opened in IE 8 from the local drive. I've tried everything I could to get it to work but it will not. It does work on my wifes laptop so I know that it is suppose to work.
