Windows 7: All my checkboxes in control panels have "-OFF" or "-ON" appended WTF?

All my checkboxes in control panels have "-OFF" or "-ON" appended WTF?

guys this is so weird, I can't figure out how this started happening but now all my control panels in Windows 7 (x64) have "-OFF" or "-ON" added to the end of the description, here's a screenshot:





how can I turn this off? anybody seen this before??

My guess would be a third party app did that. Installed any "tweaking" programs lately?

nope- I hate most 'tweaking' programs and never use them. I rebooted the machine and they were back to normal. Strangest darned thing I ever seen.
