Will Windows 7 start? If not, use Windows 7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD to make sure Windows 7 is marked Active then run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots in case the MBR is damaged:
Partition - Mark as Active
System Repair Disc - Create
If not, remove or replace the video card after turning onboard video back on in BIOS, or try booting into Safe Mode to update video driver.
